A full-stack admission management platform that helps educational institutions manage multiple schools, online applications, payments, student approvals, and admission status from a centralized admin dashboard.
This is a client-built admission management platform developed to streamline the admission process across three educational institutions from a single administrative panel.
The system allows administrators to manage student applications, review submitted information, collect admission fees, and decide which applicants are accepted into an institution. Once an admission decision is made, the student’s status is updated in the system, allowing students and guardians to check their application status directly from the public website.
The platform also includes a dynamic notice system, where administrators can publish notices from the dashboard while the rest of the website content remains static. This gives the institution an easy way to communicate important admission announcements without requiring technical changes to the website.
Although the platform started as an admission management system, it is gradually expanding toward a broader school management platform.
A monthly tuition fee collection feature has already been introduced to the administrative panel, with online tuition-fee payment through the public website planned as the next step. The architecture is designed to allow additional school-management functionality to be added as the client’s requirements evolve.
