School Management & Finance System

The institution needed a centralized system to manage both its academic operations and day-to-day financial activities. Student records, batch assignments, fee collection, staff management, salary processing, loans, cash transfers, and financial reporting all needed to be handled from one application instead of being maintained across separate records.

The system also needed to support ongoing student management, including assigning students to batches, managing regular and monthly fees, tracking outstanding amounts, and recording fee collections with proper financial documentation.

The Solution

I developed a full-stack school management and accounting system that brings student administration, academic configuration, staff management, and financial operations together in a single dashboard.

Administrators can create batches against classes, configure books and regular fees, and admit students directly into the appropriate batch. Each student’s monthly fees can be managed and tracked, making it easier to identify outstanding dues and maintain accurate collection records.

The system also includes a complete fee collection workflow, allowing administrators to collect student fees, add additional fees for multiple students, track dues, and generate vouchers against collected fees.
